Reservations: Rooms may be reserved by calling 1-800-634-6753 or 702-794-9412 and requesting the group rate for the World Cube Association. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is July 12, 2012. Rates and availability are not guaranteed after this date so make sure you reserve your rooms early!
Currently, we have 70 rooms reserved for our room block. We highly encourage you to reserve your room early as doing so will allow us to reevaulate the size of our room block, and book additional rooms to accommodate all guests. The US 2012 organizational team is financially liable for rooms if we do not meet our quota, so we not only highly recommend that you book your room with the Riviera, but we also recommend that you book your rooms early. Please reserve your room as quickly as possible so that we can keep registrations fee at a consistent level for future events.
After 70 rooms have been reserved, participants of our event are no longer guaranteed the group rate quoted above unless we extend our room block. We will be unable to extend our room block unless we have sufficient time to do so, and unless we have the confidence that the extended room block will be filled.
