CubingUSA has set up a system of payment through PayPal for your convenience. If you do not wish to pay online, please use our contact form, and our organisation team will arrange an alternative form of payment.
Please note that payment of a registration fee demonstrates a commitment to attend, and organisers use this information for planning and scheduling.
Registration fees are partially refundable:
- If you have paid online and wish to add events, you will be charged for the events that you add.
- If you have paid online and wish to drop events, please use our contact form to let us know if you drop events so that we can manually refund you for 50% of the cost of your dropped events, and manually update your registration.
- If you wish to withdraw your registration, please use our contact form to let us know so that we can refund you 50% of your registration payment.
THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ON-SITE.
Please note that your registration is incomplete until your registration payment has processed.
While borrowing puzzles is allowed, competitors will be expected to compete when called upon. Failure to compete when asked will result in disqualification. Competitors are also expected to provide puzzles in good condition. The pieces must be attached to the puzzle firmly, parts need to work properly, and stickers need to be in good condition. The competition organisers reserve the right to disqualify puzzles that do not meet these criteria.
Registration payment is not required for non-competing guests. However, the venue is expected to get very crowded during rounds with many competitors, such as 3x3 Round 1. While we will try our best to accommodate everyone, please be considerate of the competitors and staff, and remember that they have priority inside the venue.
Registration fee: There is a $10 base cost to compete, plus an additional $5 to compete in 3x3, and an additional $2 for each additional event.Registration is now full.
