What is a Cutoff?
A cutoff is a time that the competitor must get or get faster than during the first two solves to finish off the average of 5 or the first solve of a mean of 3 and you get an average of D.N.F. (Did Not Finish).
What is a Time Limit?
A time limit is a time that if you get slower than that time on any of your solves, that time becomes a D.N.F.
