CubingUSA has set up a system of payment through PayPal for your convenience. If you do not wish to pay online, please use our contact form, and our organisation team will arrange an alternative form of payment.

Please note that payment of a registration fee demonstrates a commitment to attend, and organisers use this information for planning and scheduling. Because of this, registration fees are non-refundable. If you have paid online and wish to change your registration, you will be charged for any increase in the total cost for registration, but not refunded for any decrease in the total cost for registration. Please use our contact form to let us know if you drop events so that we can manually update your registration.

THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION PAYMENTS ACCEPTED ON-SITE.  

Addendum: Due to not reaching the competitor limit, we will permit competitors to sign up and pay for the competition at the door for $15, which will cover registration for at most 3x3 and Pyraminx. Walk-ins are not permitted to participate in 2x2, 3x3 One-Handed, Megaminx, or Fewest Moves. (UNR student/staff/faculty waive still applies.)

Please note that there is a 50 competitor limit, and your spot is not reserved until you have paid and the registration has processed.

While borrowing puzzles is allowed, competitors will be expected to compete when called upon.  Failure to compete when asked will result in disqualification.  Competitors are also expected to provide puzzles in good condition.  The pieces must be attached to the puzzle firmly, parts need to work properly, and stickers need to be in good condition.  The competition organisers reserve the right to disqualify puzzles that do not meet these criteria.

Registration payment is not required for non-competing guests, competitors travelling more than 250 miles, and spectators. However, the auditorium is expected to get very crowded during rounds with many competitors, such as 3x3 Round 1. We will try our best to accommodate all the competitors and guests who attend.

Registration fee: The cost to compete is $10, which includes registration into 3x3 and Pyraminx, plus $4 for each additional event.

University students, staff, and faculty: If you wish to compete, please submit a comment with your registration in the form below stating you're a student/staff member/faculty member, and your registration fee will be waived.
