Travel and Venue Information

Travel information here:
* How to get to the venue:
Following the directions here to the Science Center Building. Enter through the entrance facing Harvard Yard. Upon entering, keep walking, up a ramp and past the Greenhouse Cafe on your right. Before you exit a set of doors, you will see a stairwell going down to your left. Go down these stairs, turn right and walk away from the restrooms. When you reach the inner hallway, turn left, and keep walking until you see the "E" sign on your right.
(There will be signs!)
* Parking information:
There are various parking garages around Harvard Square. We have listed a few below:

Another option is to get a temporary parking permit from Harvard Parking Services. The permit is $5/day (on weekends), but make sure to reserve a permit well ahead of time. The parking garages have limited space, so if you try to secure a permit later, you might have to park far away. The website for purchasing a permit can be found here.
Also refer here for more direction and parking information.
Note: The closest airport is the Logan Airport, in Boston, MA.

* Note:
Parking in Harvard Square is pretty expensive. We recommend parking elsewhere and then taking the T via the Red Line to the Harvard Square stop.
