If you take the Red Line or the Green Line to the Garfield stop, you can just take the 55 bus down to the Woodlawn stop and the place is right on that corner. Also, for anyone flying in to the Midway Airport, the 55 bus leaves from there and comes to Woodlawn.
As for those driving, I don't know the highways well enough, so google would probably be better for answering that. Parking is very limited, unless you park on campus, which costs money.
