Travel and Venue Information

* Venue: The competition will be held in the Campus Center Auditorium at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.  

* Parking: The main campus center parking garage is the closest available parking to the venue; however, it is not free ($1.75 per hour).  The majority of the university's surface parking lots are free on the weekends, and available on a first-come, first-served basis to all competitors and their guests.  The most convenient free-of-charge surface lot is the southernmost section of Lot 65 (near the Stockbridge School of Agriculture); approximately a 3-minute walk away from the Campus Center.  See the interactive UMass Parking Map at https://umts.github.io/ParkingMap/  for additional info.  

* Airports and public transit: Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT is the closest airport to UMass Amherst (~1 hour drive).  Public transportation (bus service) is available in the greater Amherst area via the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA).  Side note: PVTA buses also provide free regular service between UMass and downtown Amherst.
