If there is more time after skewb is added, more rounds of events will be added in this order: SQ1, 4x4, 3x3 OH
The soft cutoff is the time in which a competitor must beat in his/her first 2 attempts (first attempt for 6x6) in order to be allowed an average.
The hard cutoff is the time in which, if exceeded, a competitor will be stopped and receive a DNF.
